Boulevard Grant Scheme
Heritage Construction is associated with the St Andrews Townscape Heritage initiative; this is the regeneration of the historic environment in the Boulevard and Coltman Street conservation areas.
This is a grant giving scheme which encourages property owners to repair, renovate and return their property back to its original appearance.
If you live within a conservation area and you wish to carry out work to the front elevation of your property, you could be eligible for a grant.

Lambton street Club
Previously a social club, we applied for change of use to residential. Heritage Construction then renovated the property and converted it into 5 self contained flats
The project has enhanced the residential area, by upgrading the building to quality, affordable homes.
